Lỗi này mình thấy có vài giải pháp. Nếu bạn đã install chương trình rồi, chạy ổn, chỉ có hnay là bị lỗi này, thì bạn dùng chức năng Repair chương trình đó trong Control Panel. Nếu bạn gặp lỗi lúc đang cài đặt thì thử uninstall MS Visual C++, rồi reinstall lại MS Visual C++ xem nhé.
Nếu vẫn chưa đc, thì bạn thử giải pháp của MS sau đây nhé:

Lỗi này mình thấy có vài giải pháp. Nếu bạn đã install chương trình rồi, chạy ổn, chỉ có hnay là bị lỗi này, thì bạn dùng chức năng Repair chương trình đó trong Control Panel. Nếu bạn gặp lỗi lúc đang cài đặt thì thử uninstall MS Visual C++, rồi reinstall lại MS Visual C++ xem nhé.

Mình ko chơi games này nên ko rõ lắm. Bạn thử uninstall hết cái nào có C++ ra, restart máy lại, rồi install Touch xem. Touch installer chắc là có C++ của riêng nó nên chắc là đc. Giải pháp cuối cùng mình nghĩ là đưa đĩa/USB của Windows vào, rồi dùng repair xem nhé.
