Windows defender bị lỗi không cập nhật được nên e xoá đi bằng uninstall defender tính cài lại mà giờ không biết cách nào để cài lại nữa, mấy bác giúp em với!

Bác ơi, em thử làm theo cách của bác thì không chạy được service lên vì nó báo k tìm thấy file.
Không rõ là mình có làm sai chổ nào không?
