Tình hình là mình đang bị lỗi như hình, mình vừa bị lỗi này và hok biết cách nào để xử lý, gỡ đi cài lại thì vẫn bị, chỉ có nâng office đời cao hơn thì được. Nhờ anh/em hỗ trợ giúp mình lỗi này. Cảm ơn rất nhiều.

Windows 7 bạn được Sp1 chưa, cái này có thể do bạn cài Ver cao rồi đấy, teamview mình bị hạn chế rồi chứ không mình qua xem cho

Mình xin đúc kết như hình nhé. Hình 2 vì nó bị stop nên mình phải cho nó start lại, bước cuối vào kiểm tra lại office.

Cám ơn bạn thanhdat.cit đã chia sẻ kinh nghiệm, các máy lỗi bên mình xử lý ko được nên cài windows lại luôn, giờ phải chờ khách mới báo nữa thì mới vọc tiếp.
CẢ THÁNG NAY KHÁCH HÀNG mới và cũ BÊN CTY MÌNH BỊ VẤN ĐỀ LỖI 1920 này rất nhiều trải dài từ office 2010, 2013, 2016 đều bị cả đa phần các máy đều sử dụng windows 7, kèm theo lỗi này là office mất active. Mình cùng google các kiểu mà cũng ko xử lý được (chắc tại trình e còn gà), mình nghi ngờ lỗi này do thằng KMS Active gây ra, AE nào có ý kiến khác ko ???

Chào bạn thanhdat.cit, mình đã gặp máy bị nhiều máy bị vấn đề này, phần nhiều là đã khắc phục được, máy sử dụng ok, nhưng mình để ý là do anh Kaspersky internet security (hoặc có thể phần mềm virus khác) nó chụp được thằng KMS nên gây lỗi này. MÌnh đi làm thì đa số là máy có cài kaspersky active kms nên bị lỗi này.

Sẵn đây mình có gặp 1 lỗi cũng tương tự như 1920 này, đưa lên đây để ae nào bị có hướng xử lý, hình ảnh lỗi thì mình quên chụp lại.

By default, this is a TrustedInstaller protected file, and you need to take ownership of this file. For that, open Windows Explorer and navigate to this path:

Here, C is the system drive. In the System32 folder, you should find the sppsvc.exe application file.2] Take ownership of the Registry keyYou need to take ownership of registry key. To do that, open Registry Editor. For that, press Win + R, type regedit and hit the Enter button. From the Group or user names list, select sppsvc. Now, make a tick in the Full Control and Read [Allow] checkboxes.
